Sharon:
Ross Johnson is needing to order 50 5/8x5” wedge anchors and 50 2X2 square washers that would go with the wedge anchors. He is saying ¼” but I do not believe they make a square washer this size. I think where he sees this on the plans refers to the opening of the hole. Ross can confirm but I believe he will need 5/8x2x2 sq washers.

He is needing this same order for bldg. D, E and F and says this needs to be added to the packages.

I would add them to the hardware po’s on G, H, J these have not been scheduled or delivered yet.

There are some issues that we need to address with the lumber take offs.

1) I’ve checked all lumber PO’s and cannot find a 5 1/4” x 7” 1.8 PSL post.

2) per second drop PO I am seeing 7/16 OSB. This needs to be changed to 5/ 8 OSB or 19/32 osb.

4) we are always running short on 2x8x16 pt. We are using this material on all truss tails and under the out lookers on gable ends and drip edges.

3) a total of 4) 5/8 wedge Anchors.

10/19/22 - Chris Plantz: I don't see anything changed in the gable detail. There is only one gable detail in the plans.The 2x6 diagonals shown in the detail are standard on all gables. The vertical piece that appears to be 2x6 isn't actually specified as such in the detail and plainly states. "By Truss Company" for that member.
My question again is, why are they just now asking for this? We have been building these cottages for some time now.

Chris Plantz had to estimate an Option for Susan on this lot and re-ran the estimate for base precast as well. After comparing to the current Cost-Group I noticed differences so adding to the log and making the changes.

Since we both know it's coming eventually I went ahead and did the precast only takeoffs for the model.

We have 592) 8 x 6 x 16 6 highs in the second lift masonry order and no 8 x 4 x 16 half high. Need to do a package change also need a fill in to get the half highs.

There should be:
92) 8 x 6 x 16 6 high
500) 8 x 4 x 16 half highs

The job matches the takeoff in the BuilderTrend Templates folder. There is a previous package change on this from March. The PO had the 92) six highs so I sent a fill-in for the 500) four-highs.
